BIBLICAL HOLIDAYS: 7 FEASTS OF THE BELIEVER IN CHRIST.
*QUESTION: If Christmas to you is the Birth of Jesus, then would Jesus prefer you to REPENT ON CHRISTMAS DAY? or you do more Immorality, eat like a glutton, get drunk, fornicate, shoot fireworks, etc? WHERE IS SANTA CLAUS (Father Christmas) IN THE BIBLE?*

The purpose of Carnivals is for humans to engage in the pleasures of the flesh, which takes them away from right standing with God.

*BIBLICAL HOLIDAYS: 7 FEASTS OF THE BELIEVER IN CHRIST.*

In Leviticus 23:2, God instructs Moses to tell the Israelites about His appointed festivals, declaring them holy convocations and His own feasts, setting them apart from regular work for special observance.

This verse introduces the chapter detailing the sacred annual celebrations, emphasizing their divine origin and requirement for sacred assembly, beginning with the Sabbath.

*Other Important Biblical Celebrations include the Sabbath:* A weekly day of rest and worship. This is SATURDAY, not SUNDAY. Worship doesn't have to be in a large Church with hundreds or thousands of UNBELIEVERS. Smaller groups of BELIEVERS are more appropriate.

*IT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE GROUP THAT MATTERS NOT THE SIZE OF THE GROUP.*

The purpose should be Worship, Scriptures sharing/exhortations, Prayer, REPENTANCE, etc. *NOT HARVEST AND BAZAAR, PROSPERITY PREACHING, SALE OF HOLY WATER/ANOINTING OIL, TITHES AND OFFERINGS, etc.*

The seven(7) feasts of the Lord (Leviticus 23:2) continued to be important to Jesus Christ, the Apostles, and the New Testament Church.

They are listed as follows:
1. Passover.
2. Feast of unleavened Bread.
3. Feast of Firstfruits
4. Pentecost (feast of weeks.
5. Feast of Trumpet.
6. Day of Atonement.
7. Feast of Tabernacles (in gathering).

These FEASTS represent significant redemptive and prophetic events, many fulfilled by Jesus Christ (Passover/Redemption, Firstfruits/Resurrection, Pentecost/Holy Spirit), with the later feasts pointing to His Second Coming.

*CHRISTMAS IS NOT ONE OF THE FEASTS. TAKE NOTE*

The feasts mentioned were "Spiritually" celebrated(through prayer, fasting, sharing God's word), *NOT* by excess food, drink, fireworks, Santa Clause (Father Christmas), etc, as people celebrate Christmas these days.

The purpose of Carnivals is for humans to engage in the pleasures of the flesh, which takes them away from right standing with God.

*The Seven Feasts of the Lord (Leviticus 23)*

Spring Feasts:

*Passover (Pesach):* Commemorates Israel's deliverance from Egypt; points to Christ as the sacrificial Lamb.

*Unleavened Bread (Chag Hamatzot):* Symbolizes purity and a sinless life; linked to Christ's sinless body.

*Firstfruits (Bikkurim):* Celebrates the first harvest, signifying Christ's resurrection as the first fruits.

*Pentecost (Shavuot/Weeks):* Celebrates the wheat harvest and the giving of the Law; fulfilled by the coming of the Holy Spirit.

*THE DAY OF PENTECOST IS STILL RELEVANT TODAY. IT IS 50 DAYS AFTER EASTER EVERY YEAR*

For those people in REPENTANT MODE, by Fasting, Prayer, Meditating on God's word day and night, THEY STILL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT ON THE DAY OF PENTECOST.

*I personally received the Holy Spirit on May 27th, 2023, which was the day of PENTECOST in that year 2023. NOTE: There is a difference between moving in the POWER and living in the PRESENCE of the Holy Spirit.*

In the Old Testament for example people experienced the power of God and his Spirit for example Moses and the burning bush, but after Christ's death and resurrection, he told his disciples he needed to go, TO SEND THEM A TEACHER, A COMFORTER, which is the PRESENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Through the Holy Spirit in the Believer and followers of Jesus, the Commandments of God are WRITTEN ON THEIR HEARTS.

_God's promise to write His commandments on hearts, found in Jeremiah 31:33 and Hebrews 8:10, refers to an internal transformation under the New Covenant, where the core principles of loving God and loving others become part of a believer's nature, empowered by the Holy Spirit, rather than just external rules._

This internal law emphasizes faith in Jesus and love for one another (John 13:34, 1 John 3:23), replacing the old covenant's focus on written laws with a heart of obedience.

While the new law includes principles from the Old Testament, it's often understood as a fulfilment and transformation, focusing on the spirit (love, faith) rather than just the letter of the law.

*Autumn Feasts:*

The autumn feasts are seen as prophetic of future events, including His Second Coming and the final establishment of His kingdom.

*Trumpets (Yom Teruah/Rosh Hashanah):* A call to repentance and judgment; points to Christ's second coming.

*Day of Atonement* (Yom Kippur): A solemn day for national atonement; signifies future national restoration.

*Tabernacles* (Sukkot/Booths): Commemorates God's provision in the wilderness; foreshadows Christ's future earthly reign.

The Lord's Supper (Communion) is a New Testament "feast" remembering Christ's sacrifice, while the Wedding Feast of the Lamb (Revelation 19) is the ultimate future feast.

This is the final event that occurs in the destruction of Babylon and all it stands for and is the coming of the “King of Kings, and Lord of Lords” (Revelation 19:16), who is Jesus Christ, to take the beast and cast him out. An account of this event is found in Revelation 19.

Romans 7:4; 2 Corinthians 11:2; and Ephesians 5:22–33 indicate that the wife of the Lamb is the Church. In light of these identifications, it is evident that Revelation 19:7–9 is referring to the marriage of Jesus Christ to the Church and the subsequent marriage supper.

Consistently, 'the bride' is a metaphor or an image that refers to the people of God, more specifically the people belonging to Jesus.

The bride herself is a figure for those very saints who do the righteous acts through faith in the Lamb and who together make up the church of the Lamb (Body Of Christ).
